Including HR and EAP as part of BCP

OFten, critical people or departments are not involved in BCP. HR and EAP are extremely valuable aspects to include in BC development. This program will focus on the role of these and other departments in order to develop a comprehsive BC plan.

Learning Objectives:

1) Understand the roles and goals of including HR and EAP. 2) Know how your EAP may facilitate people recovery. 3) Be aware of policies and programs that fall under HR.
