Dr. Lewis provides a wide variety of seminars and training programs ranging from 1 hour to two days in duration. He makes every effort to tailor the presentation to meet the specific needs of the organization or audience. In addition to workshops and seminars, Dr. Lewis provides on-going consultation when an organization is attempting to facilitate a system-wide transition or modification that could impact the human asset (employees). Also, he provides consultation around policies, procedures, plans and protocols designed to improve organizational resiliency.
