COMPASS was established in 1986 and provides Employee Assistance Programs, training and consultation to a wide range of work organizations. Its Director, Dr. Gerald Lewis is an established expert and international consultant in the area(s) of critical incident stress management (CISM), trauma in the workplace, workplace violence and organizational crisis management. In addition, he provides litigation consultation/expert testimony. Expanding beyond EAP services, GL&A now provides a wide range of consultation and training services to facilitate workplace recovery and resiliency.
